Bed bugs cannot be exterminated with caulk but a well sealed home is less likely to get a deep infestation. If the caulking job is smooth and seamless when you paint over it you will not even know it. Since my whole house will be gutted out we were planning on painting our house as well. Lol that s funny my landlord thought the same thing so she had someone paint because it was cheaper than an exterminator lol so now her walls are messed up from the crappy paint job the guy next door did and she still had to pay for extermination.
