Osram Lightify Dimming Switch Kit

I don t currently have a smart light switch installed so every time i turn on my lights it is on a default full brightness which gives me a headache.

Has anyone looked at the osram lightify dimming switch shown below. The lightify or compatible hub is required for use and is sold separately. Any pointers to creating a device type for something like this would help or. The lightify system is meanwhile technically outdated.

Why is osram switching off the lightify cloud servers. In respect to reaction times when controlling devices is significantly lower compared to other systems in the market. What you need is an ios android tablet pc a smartphone or ipod touch ios 8 0 or higher android 5 0 or higher an internet connection and a wi fi router as well as a lightify starter kit including gateway and one or more zigbee devices.
